Meet Nicola Eastwood
Have you ever heard the phrase, “You don’t stop running because you get old, you get old because you stop running”?
Health and wellbeing have always been deeply important to me, and my passion for helping others led me to graduate as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). My focus is on supporting women 40+ in building sustainable energy and lasting health.
I think of myself as a hybrid athlete—regularly running, playing tennis, and strength training—enjoying these both solo and with friends. A combination of these activities brings me immense joy. I’ve learned to embrace what fuels me and step away from what doesn’t, creating a more balanced, energised life.
How I fuel my body directly impacts how I feel and perform, and when combined with a positive mindset, it allows me to live with energy and purpose.
I believe that feeling youthful at any age comes from how we care for our bodies, minds, loved ones, and passions. I work with women 40+ to help them make meaningful, lasting changes that fit into their busy lives. As a busy mum of three, I understand the challenge of balancing life's demands while prioritising sustainable health.
My goal is to support other women in doing the same—by embracing their strength, feeling confident in their bodies, and thriving with energy every day.

Life's challenges can prompt us to rethink our beliefs. Navigating divorce and single parenting forced tough decisions, teaching me the importance of taking control of my life. That experience catalyzed my self-redefinition.
Now, I’m dedicated to living fully—moving freely, engaging joyfully, and embracing each moment. Prioritizing my health has been crucial, a commitment I extend to my coaching for women seeking vibrancy and empowerment.

Nicola’s work is rooted in connection, energy, and growth. With over 25 years in communications, coaching became a natural evolution—blending her experience in inspiring others with a deep passion for health and wellbeing. Helping people reach their potential has always driven her.
Her career has taken her through PR in fashion, beauty, travel, and lifestyle, alongside consultancy and leadership roles. At every stage, human connection has been key—building relationships, fostering growth, and creating opportunities.
