What does it look like to work with Nicola?
Health coaching goes beyond the “why” to focus on the “how.” Here’s a glimpse into my approach: a blend of structure and personalized exploration, tailored to support your unique health journey.
We start with a 15-minute consultation (Complete this form and then you’ll receive the scheduling link) to ensure we’re the right fit. This is your chance to ask questions and learn how health coaching can support your goals.
One.
After that, we dive into your health history through a comprehensive questionnaire, which serves as the foundation for our work together.
Two.
Our coaching sessions take place every other week for 45 minutes, across 10 sessions.
Three.
These sessions allow us to dive deeper into your health goals, adjust your plan as needed, and ensure you’re making progress.
Four.
During our time together, I’ll also provide you with additional resources, handouts, and tools to support your health plan as needed.
Five.
You will receive one year of complimentary access to Nix Health Hub (launching spring 2025), featuring meditation, yoga, physical therapy videos, recipes, and resources to support your health journey.
